Subject: Loading assemblies from a sub-directory

Is there any way to have Windsor load assemblies from a directory
other then the default one (where the program is)? So if I had c:\myapp
\appThatUsesWindsor.exe and wanted to load an assembly from c:\lib.
Kind of an odd use case I realize, but I'm curious.
