Is there a way to get a folder "default page" using monorail. For example, if I requested a URL like "http://example.com/text"; the webserver would normally give me /text/index.html or /test/ default.aspx or something like that. I'd like to know if there is a way, within my code to get it to serve, /text/index.rails.
