Hi all,

I am trying to pre-pend a key to all my urls and convert the addition to a
parameter.

So if the original URL was http://www.abc.com/display.rails?id=4
The new URL would be http://www.abc.com/xyz/display.rails?id=4
I would want this to be re-written as
http://www.abc.com/display.rails?id=3&myParam=xyz

I see that routing should be able to handle this. But what if the part
after the xyz can be anything? As in, I don't want to match anything
afterwards. Whatever is after xyz is what the new URL will be.
So http://www.abc.com/xyz/area/subarea/display.rails?id=1&argJ=4 would be
come http://www.abc.com/area/subarea/display.rails?id=1&argJ=&myParam=xyz

Is there an easy rule that can arbitrarily match anything after the first
section?

Thanks.
