Yeah, turns out all is well when run under VS 2010. I checked some
combinations and I think I can say that the relevant difference
between VS2008 and 2010 is the version of WcfSvcHost. So the issue is
probably not related to Castle WCF Facility, although the exact reason
remains a puzzle to me.
The generated WSDLs are slightly different between versions, maybe
this will give some clue to somebody.
