The Monorail 'getting started' pages say to 'download the Castle Project MSI installer distribution, as it makes the assemblies visible to Visual Studio'. It looks like there is no longer an MSI installer for this - is this correct?
If so, how do I make visual studio give me the option to create a new monorail project?
