I've compiled all of the pages in the Monorail introduction section into a
single page, added a table of contents and redirected the links on the main
index page to anchors for each of the sections in the new page.

I'll turn my hand to adding additional links such as a See Also section and
a pointer to a "next" page if required tomorrow...it's after 1am and I need
some sleeeeep...

Anyway - feedback welcome.
