Yes previous version had both, but we removed dependency on
System.Web.dll from Core so it is now CP-compliant OOTB and we don't
need to supply two versions.
Windsor has both because we do provide CP-compliant version of Windsor
(without PerWebRequest lifestyle) and full version. They both use
ClientProfile version of Core since full .NET 4 assembly can reference
CP assembly.
