Don't *assume*. Test for yourself. Composition time will be just a fraction of the time your remote cal will take, regardless of if it's Windsor, MEF or anything else. There are literally thousands of apps out there using IoC and getting massive load, yet no one ever came back to us claiming that Windsor is their bottleneck.
