There are 2 projects:

* The official Castle VS integration (with it's own MSI) which was last
released in 2007 that provides new project wizards and hasn't been
maintained since:

* The CVSI contrib project, which provides syntax highlighting and
intellisense for NVelocity (also with it's own MSI), last released in 2008
(but I have a VS2010 VSIX ready to release):
