I have no idea of the inner workings on Dynamic Proxy (and I didn't check out the stack trace you posted), but I'm just trying to understand why you would want to proxy an empty interface. What is it you want to do with the proxy -- it's obviously not method interception. ;)
And to be clear, I'm not trying to dissuade what it is you're trying to do.
