I do but I didn't publish it anywhere yet.
So far it doesn't do anything other then registering the controllers and
setting up the controller factory.
Probably the next thing I'll add will be something similar to what I
described in this post:
http://kozmic.pl/2010/05/22/contextual-controller-injection-in-asp-net-mvc-with-castle-windsor/
it all really is a couple of LOC at this point.
