How can I debug what happens when I ask the container to resolve a component. It would be very very useful if I could trace or log the process the container goes through to resolve the component and its dependencies. Are there any config settings I can set or debug switches I can throw to make the container reveal its resolution process? I am working on a very complex ASP.NET MVC 2.0 application with a complex registration step, and once running, it's not always obvious when a component is created/requested/resolved. Thanks, Ian.
