  I am not sure either.  I don't do much Silverlight so I have never tried to 
use WCF Facility with it.   Some parts of WCF Facility rely on .NET 4 so not 
sure how SL handles that.  I suspect whatever Dynamic Proxy restrictions on SL 
will affect what WCF can do.   If a knowledgable SL person can quantify what is 
available and what is not, we can start to attack it.
