Justa quick follow up. I found that the cookieless session is being
lost specifically on a call to Redirect that looks as follows:
Redirect("photoUpdate", "update", new {from = Request.UrlReferrer});
If I drop the third parameter, it redirects fine, preserving the
cookieless session in the query string.
