Nevermind, I found the error.
public interface ITimerHelperFactory
{
ITimerHelper Create(Action elapsedAction, int interval, Func<TimerHelper,
Exception, bool> exceptionAction);
}
should be using the interface ITimerHelper, not TimerHelper
