Unfortunately it's not related. Source generator produces correct java code. Excluding
"abstract" one gets the same "public abstract class A ...". The question is more
related to JDO-DDL Doclets. Probably Doclets can't handle deep hierarchy (depth > 2)
with non-persistent base class.
