I agree...we'll have to lobby and beg to the "powers-that-be" at
Intalio/Exolab in order for that to be changed. It's actually worse than
trying to get the U.S. Congress to agree on something. The unwritten
Exolab policy is that all the Exolab websites use the same stylesheets.
So changing it for one website, requires it to be changed for all.

Personally I think the "powers-that-be" at Exolab have an allergic
reaction to any changes that take place on the websites. Everytime we
try to sneak in a change, they get some nasty rash which causes them to
get very irritated.

We've tried in the past, but have failed, to get the font size larger.
We will, however, see what we can do. 

At least you don't have to look at it all day long...they use that font
size for everything here...I thought I was going blind for a very long
time, until I realized it wasn't just me. I went to visit my parents a
couple months ago...they asked me why I was squinting my eyes so
much...it took me 3 days for my eyes to adjust back to normal. ;-)
