You just saved me the trouble of figuring it all out again! I've noticed that I always go back to poolman. Even when I use castor with tomcat 4.0, I was thinking about tyrex, but poolman is more configurable. On the same subject, does anyone here have a configuration that links in Castor, PoolMan and the Tomcat 4.0 JNDI facility? I'm planning to only get JDBC connections from JNDI in Tomcat 4.0, and I wanted to see what people have for their castor's database.xml file and tomcat's server.xml file that allows the JNDI serving of PoolMan JDBC connectors for castor.
