Hi again (today is my CASTOR day),
the Marshaller class has a method setMarshallAsDocument that should instert
<?xml... and <!DOCTYPE...
according to javadocs. However I do get the <?xml... but not the
<!DOCTYPE...
(Explicitly setting the root element with setRootElement didn't help).
Bug or misunderstanding on my side ?
