First, there is no tool of that kind available in the CVS for Castor JDO. And, you're right the MappingTools is not designed for JDO.
There are two tools that the Castor users develop. One is a Doclet base tools, another is a GUI tools called Castor Oil. Both tools are reported working. Because of the tools is not top priority for us, and we do not have resource (time) to review it and make necessary modification, we didn't commit it to the CVS. Considering the small number of developers working for the project, we don't foresee we can support or maintain such tools in near future. But, you can still obtain the tools from the mail archive.
