the runtime windows distribution (Castor JARs, docs,
DTDs, command line tools and examples...
castor-0.9.3.zip) doesn't contain the "build" script.
download the source distribution
(castor-0.9.3-src.zip) and then you run the "examples"
target. it'll rebuild the source but ...
