I think Castor must have a great documentation, There is a lot of open source project based on Castor, like Jetspeed, and Reptile.
I have been 1 year play around with jetspeed and still think got a thousand may be billion question.. including the small concept marshalling.. and when i email to that list, they said, this is castor..
