You're correct in assuming that trying to answer such a vague
question would take quite a long time. The best thing that I can
tell you is to look at the src/examples/jdo and src/tests/jdo
directories to see how transactions are used. I've found that
different scenarios call for different uses of them. There is no
siler bullet approach that will work for all situations. Unfortunately,
the concepts making up object persistence are complicated and require
some analysis and understanding before diving in.
