Probably a ClassLoader problem.
Castor most likely can't find the necessary classes it needs to
unmarshal.
I recommend obtaining the ClassLoader from your SilverStream environment
and using the "setLoader" method for both Marshaller and Unmarshaller.
This will ensure Castor can find all the classes that are found in the
CLASSPATH configuration of SilverStream.
