Have you tried setting the following in castor.properties to make
sure CASTOR is using Jakarta for pattern matching ?
org.exolab.castor.regexp=org.exolab.castor.util.JakartaRegExpEvaluator

Subject: [castor-dev] Regexp problem in sourcegen ...
Hello,
I declared type in XML schema by restriction, regexp =
"(\d{1,8}(&\d{1,8})*)|(\d{1,8}(&&\d{1,8})?)" (1-8 digits either followed
by '&' sign and again 1-8 digits or once followed by '&&' and the
number.(In schema is written & of course) I generated the sources
and tried to test it.
*But also a string 111&111aaa was validated as OK. *I tested the
string using jakarta regexp directly and it behaves correctly.
Have I done something in a wrong way or is it a bug?
regards, Stefan.
