Someone from OpenEJB pointed out that the ClassMolder/InstanceFactory should
throw exceptions if something goes wrong and not just return null, as it
currently does.  I agree.  I was thinking that it should throw a
DataObjectNotInstantiableException.

Thoughts?

I can send a patch and new unit tests for this.
