This is probably a newbie config question,
I'm using JDO and opta2000 driver to connect from my sun box to sql server
2000.
I have noticed that when I check ports with netstat -a that I see lots of
connections between my server and the db server on port 1433 (tcp/ip port
for sql) There are up to 10 of these for each connected user. These
connections seem to linger around, but I check on SQL Server and see no
blocking processes or waiting connections on that end.
The connections linger even after I shut down the app for about 5 minutes.
Has anyone seen this?
Is this the result of a config for JDO?
