Is it possible to order many-to-many relations?
If for example there are tables A and B and their m:n relations are
described by the table A_B. The classes C_A and C_B are mapped to the A and
B tables respectively.
In addition the C_B objects should be retrieved in certain order, that is by
an �order� column in the A_B table. The �order� column allows to specify
sequence of C_B objects per each C_A object.
