Ok, i try it and it's ok.
It didn't work because the datasource was incorrect.

Why not use the JNDI name of the datasource in your app server?

For example, in JBoss I have defined a datasource called SQLServerPool 
as below.

<!DOCTYPE databases PUBLIC "-//EXOLAB/Castor JDO Configuration DTD 
Version 1.0//EN"
                           "http://castor.exolab.org/jdo-conf.dtd";>
<database name="cookietime" engine="sql-server" >
   <jndi name="java:/SQLServerPool" />
   <mapping href="../catalina/mapping_cookietime.xml" />
</database>
