The CVS versions are never official until they are released. It will
be official once 0.9.4 or another 0.9.3.xx version is released. We
are still working on getting some key features finished before we
release 0.9.4, but we can do another 0.9.3.xx release soon. There
haven't been too many changes committed to the CVS since 0.9.3.9 
which is why we haven't done another release yet.
