You can do the following:
1. Fill out a bugzilla report and attach the patch
(bugzilla.exolab.org)
-or-
2. Submit the code to this dev list
The best approach is really #1, because then you can track the progress
of the bug, and I can assign the bug to the appropriate individual.
Also, if you have a small test case which demonstrates the bug and that
the patch fixes the bug, please attach that in the bug report, this will
speed up getting the patch committed to the CVS. This is not required to
fill out a bug report, but it definately helps speed up the process.
