[castor-dev] Tomcat 3.23 ClassLoader Problem

I understand there is a problem with the class loader in Tomcat 3.23.  The
classes stored in WEB-INF\classes directory are not accessible to Castor.  I
have tried calling setClassLoader with no avail.  Does anyone know a
work-around for using Castor with Tomcat 3.23?
