No, belay that. Tests work but examples still don't.
I've tried
sh build.sh all
sh build.sh tests
sh build.sh examples
sh text.sh xml # this works
sh examples.sh # this doesn't; xml/Test not found
Might have small typos in the above; I'm typing this from memory from
my other machine.
