What do you mean by represent?

By default...the object and the key are treated the same. If you are not
using a mapping file be aware that currently the introspector doesn't
handle HashMap or Map...only Hastable.
However HashMap is supported via the mapping file.

If you need some fancy behavior...simply specify your own FieldHandler.
I've given a few examples of how to use FieldHandlers in the past on the
list.
