You can try to use the castorbuilder.properties file to make all your
classes extend an abstract class. See:
  http://castor.exolab.org/sourcegen.html#Setting-a-super-class

Otherwise, if you have different generated classes and want them to 
implement different interfaces and extend various other classes, you 
can have a look at the work I did with a unix shell script:
