Looking at the code base, it may make sense that we default the
sequence name for PostgreSQL to {0}_{1}_seq rather than {0}_seq due to
the default behavior in PostgreSQL for SERIAL types. However, this is
likely to affect current users who rely on the {0}_seq name for sequence
numbers. Its an easy fix to change it, but I wanted to see if a) you
agree with the change and b) see if people did or did not want the
