[castor-dev] Generate mapping.xml

I'm searching to generate mapping.xml automaticaly. Is it possible ? I have to
use a modified version of SourceGenerator ?

I need to generate a first time all classes needed (to avoid write all codes),
and keep the control for mapping (with mapping.xml).
