I have used Castor mainly for marshalling my java objects to an XML file,
and must say it worked beatifully. I have also created a mapping file to
modify my XML as I desired.

However at the top of the mapping file is the following declaration

<!DOCTYPE mapping PUBLIC "-//EXOLAB/Castor Object Mapping DTD Version
1.0//EN" "http://Castor.exolab.org/mapping.dtd";>

which obviously verifies my mapping file validity against castor
mapping.dtd.

In order to do this I must be connected to the internet, however my question
is.. if in certain circumstances I am not connected to the internet, an
error will be produced. Is there any way to remedy this, and use castor
mapping without having an internet connection?

Any suggestions are more than welcome.

Michelle
