[castor-dev] Generating "Collection" for using with JDO

Hi!

I've made an addition to the Castor SourceGenerator factory classes to
generate java.util.Collection in the interface for List types. With that
the generation could be used by Castor JDO (eg. lazy-loading) without
further post-processing.
To use the new classes this must be added to castor.properties:
org.exolab.castor.builder.type.mr=\
  org.exolab.castor.builder.FieldInfoFactoryMR
