It used to be the Exolab admins, but we have recently gained access to
the machines. The docs on the website were just updated with the
0.9.3.19 release, so the CVS should be pretty close to the website.
I know Bruce has been working on the Castor JDO documentation, I'm just
waiting for his word to update the site.
