Hi, sorry to bring up the subject again but many of the posings are very contradicting on this subject.
We have a application that has a very complex model and without castors cache set to unlimited the performance is not acceptable as we expect a fair amount of simultaneous users on the system. Now I have to know: 1. Is there a way to update the cache selectively through the application API:s (does not seem like it in the api). 2. Is there a good enough workaround available - ie, could i use some more private/protected methods? 3. Can I at least dump the entire cache in some way and get it to start over? Did the solution posted http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg06359.html ever get accepted?
