Hello,
How can I tell if my generated files were processed by the type method or the
element method?
I read many posts on switching from element to type, and read the link
http://castor.exolab.org/sourcegen.html#Class-Creation/Mapping which explains type and
element. I have been trying to switch to 'type' but I am still getting many already
exist warnings. The schemas I am using were verified with the XML SPY tool, so they
should be valid. I have added castorbuild.properties at the beginning of the
classpath. I have even tried extracting the jars out and modifying the
castorbuild.properties file in their. Yes, I made sure I deleted the jars at this
point so
they were definitely not in the classpath.
Also, I am pretty new to schema's but it seems simple enough. Now to show my
stupidity with a question.
***Can someone please explain why "already exists" warnings are caused when using the
element method?*** Also, if possible can someone further explain in detail the
difference between type and element(more than the link above)?
thanks for any helpful info or links to other stuff you can give me,
Dean
