I don't see any performance difference with debug on or off, so I am
curious why debug is turned off in the cvs base? Is there some other
reason for this? If there isn't one, can we change this to on. I am
sure users would rather not have to recompile just to get the stack
trace with line numbers in it. I am just getting tired of changing the
value to on every time I checkout in case it crashes or something. Call
me lazy.
