cvs server: Updating castor/src/tests/xml/xml2java/include

if I cvs -z3 it will hang

if I cvs -d:

it will stop there.

I'm not sure why there's a difference but I'm suspicious about this checkout.

I checked out at 9:22 with no problems and "./build.sh docs" works fine for me. If you are using your own version of ant and not build.bat or build.sh, that could be the problem.
