[castor-dev] when is arnaud back?

line 1210 in SourceGenerator
"if(elementDecl.getParent().getStructureType() != Structure.SCHEMA)"
still causes many many problems.

This causes top level elements to be generated when using the "type" method vs element. Uncommenting this line makes it act correctly like castor 0.9.4.
When is arnaud back?
