[castor-dev] Keith-quick fix-mastertestsuite failing because...

Hi Keith,
Please fix these case sensitive problems. Build is running on linux not windows.
MasterTestSuite is failing because it is trying to get a file from this directory...
castor/src/tests/MasterTestSuite/xml/mapping/include
Instead there is a
castor/src/tests/MasterTestSuite/xml/mapping/Include

It looks like the 2 failures and one error are all coming from that one thing.
