Castor does not support a PreparedStatement pool. At one time, Ned and I
were talking about incorporating PoolMan in Castor, but licensing issues
held us back. I just emailed Geir Magnusson to check the status of the
license. He was going to change it over to the Apache Software License and
I'm not sure if that happened yet. Once that happens, we can include it
in Castor, make direct calls to it and change it/add to it if necessary.
