We have a date coming from an xml file, and we want to store it in an MS SQL
Server datetime field.
Currently this works using exolab.date, but our problem is that the seconds
are chopped off.
So we thought about extending GeneralizedFieldHandler.
A few questions :
- how does JDO persistence happen, ie : do we have to do anything
else to get it in the database ?
- any exmaples of extending GeneralizedFieldHandler ?
PS : as an incentive, I promise to add useful answers to the wiki ;)
