[castor-dev] simple example of schemas with namespaces

As Castor-beginners recently we really appreciate the value of 
examples/tutorials that show how to use Castor. So we've now put an 
example that works for us up on the web to help other beginners.

The example shows how to use Castor to make Java code that corresponds 
to 3 xml schema with different namespaces, one of which imports the 
other two. There's a readme file at 
http://users.aber.ac.uk/afc/castorReadme.txt and a gzipped tarfile at 
http://users.aber.ac.uk/afc/castorNSexample.tar.gz
