But I if use dirty="ignore", I won't be able
to work on the most current value ->
I would work on wrong or old values in the data base.
Is there an other method to solve this
and refresh the cache?

An ObjectModifiedException can be thrown when a field fails Castor's
dirty check (which uses .equals()). This can occur when using fields of
type float, double, date, etc.
Other than refactoring the dirty checking algorithms, the use of
dirty="ignore" is the only solution currently.
